Monestier’s Chateau des Vigiers dates back to 1597 and is internationally known as an exceptional hotel, spa and golf resort. The new Relais des Vigiers that opened in May 2008, will enable you to discover and enjoy a new experience. The Relais is a magnificent 4 star hotel with 40 bedrooms. It is built under "eco friendly" regulations and naturally blends in with the Chateau des Vigiers’ style and the surrounding countryside. Its architecture is inspired by the local tobacco barns, typical of the Dordogne. The Relais is situated at the foot of the new course and uses traditional materials sourced locally. The rooms are spacious (36m2) and have their own terrace overlooking the course and Chateau des Vigiers.
