Sainte-Baume is a great course for handicaps of mid-teens and upwards and also provides solace for the better player. This is a traditional parkland layout with no nasty surprises or tricks and all the hazards – such as the splendid trees and a wandering stream – are on view from the tee. Visually very pleasing, Sainte Baume makes for a lovely round and made all the better by the welcoming clubhouse. To make the day perfect, we can reserve a table for you at the on-site Domaine de Chateauneuf. Easy walking but with two hilly holes. 26 miles east of Marseilles.
