The Majlis was the first grass course in the Middle East and takes its name from the Arabic for ‘meeting place’.

Home to the Dubai Desert Classic for a number of years now, this is one of the toughest courses you will play: venture off the fairway and you will be playing out of bushes or sandy soil. Mis-club from the fairway and you could be wet! A magnificent finish presents itself on the 18th hole, a 547 yard par Five where the green is a long dog-leg and a lake away from the tee. The club’s other course, the Wadi has been recently redesigned by Nick Faldo and is a super layout. 13 miles west of downtown Dubai.
