Of the same “stadium course” mould as its famous sister but less difficult and more open so it’s perfect for a warm-up or for less ambitious players. There’s a slick welcome in the renovated clubhouse and the restaurant and bar offer excellent value. Both courses are mostly flat walking. For the novice, there is a very good nine-hole course and golf academy. Nine miles south of Versailles.
