There are 90 self-catering apartments – each 45m2 with bathroom, kitchenette, terrace or balcony, bedroom/lounge and an underground garage. Plus, for a small supplement (we can usually arrange a free upgrade) you can upgrade to a Deluxe suite (55m2) where the bedroom is separate from the lounge. And, of course, there is a daily maid service and all linen and towels are provided. In addition to the apartments, there are 11 villas (three- and four-bedroom) offering the perfect solution for groups who want the company of their friends but also a little bit of privacy. The villas have excellent kitchen facilities, double garages, a lounge and dining area and a large terrace for pre-dinner drinks. The thatched reception area features the sporty bar, card and pool room and adjacent to this are the restaurant, small shop and swimming pool. The nearby medieval town of Guerande and the resort of La Baule are within easy reach so there’s a wealth of eateries (and shops) to choose from. For stays of six nights or less, a generous breakfast is included but you have the choice of self-catering or eating out if staying for seven nights or more. Our clients have one free sport per day so take your pick from golf, tennis, cycling or even windsurfing.
