Morocco
Moroccan life is very much outdoors: late morning breakfasts by the pool, reading a book on the rooftop terrace and dinner “al fresco” surrounded by candles. Golf is usually played early morning or mid-afternoon and at night, the place comes alive with wonderful nightclubs, stylish bars, casinos and food markets.
Marrakech is bohemian, charming and very friendly. The hotels and Riads (small townhouses with a full complement of staff) are some of the best small hotels we have seen anywhere.
Think rich warm colours, wonderful Tangine dishes, stunning architecture, the imposing Atlas Mountains and you’ll begin to get a feel for what’s on offer.
