South-Africa - The rainbow nation
The Western Cape is the ideal place to begin your holiday. Some of Cape Town’s more famous landmarks include Table Mountain where you can toast the sunset, Robben Island, Cape Point, Chapmans Peak and, of course, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Out of the city lies the Winelands. Here, the superb quality of the world-renowned wines is matched by the gastronomic cooking at many of the guesthouses. An idyllic base is Franschhoek where the elephants used to roam and now a perfect base for meandering wine lovers.
