The links-like Les Vallons tends to be the preferred option as it is very different from the other good courses in the region. Les Vallons is short but you need to steer clear of the rough and its windswept grasses and avoid three-putting the quick greens. The second course (La Rivière) is a quite testing and undulating woodland layout with several excellent holes – particularly the par threes and the finishing stretch. Easy walking. 25 miles south-east of Evreux and 18 miles south of Vernon.
